Meet the Founder
Sápi Márk
You can’t spell “Marketing” without Mark.
It all started with a high-school cookie sale. I organised it with so much enthusiasm that we broke the sales record — and the student council president came up to me and said: “Márk, you need to go into marketing!” Honestly, back then I didn’t even know exactly what marketing was. I looked it up, and realised it was the perfect mix for me: creativity, people and numbers.
During university I started at a small SEO agency in Oradea, learning the craft from the ground up. Then came years with start-ups, agencies and large companies: I was co-owner and marketing manager at Buildbox, marketing manager at a SaaS company, and then joined WhitePress, the international content marketing and link-building platform, where I’m now Marketing & Business Development Manager, localising global campaigns for the Hungarian market.
In 2024 I founded Polaris Advertising with one simple goal: to put everything I’ve learned to work for businesses that want to grow — SEO, Google Ads, social media, branding and content, done thoughtfully and measured properly. The name comes from Polaris, the North Star: the fixed point you navigate by when everything else is moving.
I believe we get further together than alone. I value real relationships with clients, not just collaborations on paper. My passion for marketing doesn’t stop at the office either: I volunteer with non-profits and communities, helping them build their online presence.
